What happens to it
- Your name: to identify your appointment.
- Your email address: to send your booking confirmation.
- Your mobile number: to send reminders and let the business reach you.
- Anything you type in the notes box: to pass your request to the business.
To provide the service, it is shared with:
- Semaphore (SMS gateway (Philippines)) receives your mobile number and the text of the message sent to you, to deliver appointment confirmations and reminders.
- OpenAI (AI assistant provider) receives what you type in the chat, and your name and phone number if you give them, to generate the assistant's replies and take a booking.
You can ask to see, correct or remove your details at any time by
