How Smile & Skin Studio uses your details
To book Teeth Cleaning (Oral Prophylaxis), Smile & Skin Studio collects your name, your email address, your mobile number and anything you type in the notes box to arrange and manage this appointment.
What each detail is for
- Your name: to identify your appointment.
- Your email address: to send your booking confirmation.
- Your mobile number: to send reminders and let the business reach you.
- Anything you type in the notes box: to pass your request to the business.
Who else sees it
To provide the service, it is shared with:
- Semaphore, SMS gateway (Philippines), receives your mobile number and the text of the message sent to you, to deliver appointment confirmations and reminders.
- OpenAI, AI assistant provider, receives what you type in the chat, and your name and phone number if you give them, to generate the assistant's replies and take a booking.
- Google Calendar, calendar provider, receives the appointment time, the service booked and any notes you added, to place the appointment in the business's own calendar.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or remove your details at any time by contacting Smile & Skin Studio at demo@otterflow.com. You can also complain to the National Privacy Commission.
